We are pleased to inform you that we do provide return labels for product returns. Refunds can take up to 2-5 Business working days to approve returns and refunds
Shipping Times: Target delivery time is 4-5 business days from when the order is paid, but larger/bulky items may take up to 6 business days. Bulk-buy wholesale orders may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the quantity ordered.
Faulty Items: Faulty items are accepted for a full or partial refund and replacement up to 30 days from the delivery date. For up to 6 months, item replacements or partial refunds will be offered. Between 6 months and 2 years, parts replacements or partial refunds will be offered. The product warranty is for 2 years.
